Bike assisted quadrathlon

Bike assisted quadrathlon is composed of four individual disciplines:
  • track riding (1910m)
  • pushing bike uphill (53 vertical meters)
  • running beside bike (680m)
  • push biking (1320m)
While the first two disciplines are well know activities for mountain / free riders, the third and fourth are more exotic. Broken chain is mandatory for both of them. Running beside bike makes no sense if you can ride it; but without chain you must use other ways of bringing bike to the end of the quadrathlon track as fast as possible. Running is one of them and push biking is another. Push biking is more or less done the same way as the kids do it. Just sit on the bike and use your feet to push forward. Its pure fun.

My personal best is 32:52. Do try to beat it.
